Only if someone is selling a second hand one: It is a HatsDirect exclusive AFAIK

Not to tell you what you should do at all, but even with the taxes you have there it is worth saving up a little and get it a little later. I don't own one, but people who's judgement I trust without a doubt have said these hats are really good on numerous occasions. My experience does tell me it is worth it to save up and buy a quality hat, one you'll get to enjoy for quite some time :TOH:
