the original method for distressing?

Post by dresden »

I belive the person who distressed the jacket for the last crusade used a knife & a wire brush if I'm not mistaken, my question is does anyone know how she used the tools to achieve the look of the jacket? I've tryed different techniques using the knife but I can't seem to get the same affect

It looks like the person used acetone, isopropyl, or a combination, and ran it down the seams of the jacket, storm flap, etc.
