Hello All,

I emailed Marc Kitter a couple of times about two weeks ago, and both emails returned to me as undeliverable. Then last week I emailed him again, and this email wasn't returned but I never heard back from him either. Does anyone know if he's still in business, on vacation, or what?

I tried to email Stefan (who workes with Marc) last week and got an email back that he was on vacation until May 2nd.
So I suppose that Marc has a lot of work for the moment as he's alone in the shop and no time to look at the emails.

Stefan should be back in the shop tomorrow so I think you may expect an answer somewhere beginning of next week.

I emailed Marc yet again from a different email address and it bounced back again. Is Marc still in business?

I had the same issues but now resolved by using the info@adveturebilt.com address. Stefan got back to me in a couple of days

Thanks guys. I sent an email to the info address. Hopefully I'll hear from him soon. Strange that his regular email, Marc_Kitter@web.de, is still posted on the website as his contact address....

I sent him and email 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from him. All I need is a clean and re-block. I just sent him another email to both addresses as well as a PM. We'll see if he gets back.

Hes on holiday right now. I don't know the exact date when he will be back.

Stephan got back to me. He seems nice. Just need a reblock and clean. I just wish the USD was worth what it used to be. Poor college students like myself take a beating!

Stephan is a top bloke, I had the pleasure of speaking with him many times while having my AB deluxe done by himself and Marc.
They're both fantastic to deal with and I'm sure will get on top of answering emails as soon as they can!
