Magnoli ToD

I've tried to ask about this here indirectly. No response. So here goes: Just how good is the Magnoli ToD pattern? I would like to think he got a NH repo from Peter and made his already good pattern really work and SA. We all know that many jacket makers get the right details by hook or by crook.

Anyway, I like the ToD a lot! But I don't think I can buy Wested. But I also don't want a guess-work jacket from some other maker. Peter happens to have the most SA pattern going. Surely those details have made it elsewhere, or not?

You all know what I'm asking...

I sent my TN TOD jacket to Magnoli last year, so he knows how the vents are supposed to look at least!
The TN was very nice, but a bit big for me and the 'Happy Cow' was quite heavy and stiff, though it was a great looking leather.
With a Wested NH TOD to inspect and copy, I think Magnoli could potentially make the best TOD of all.

Magnoli is a straight shooter, so asking him directly about his pattern should be a step in your decision process. That way, our advice can be helpful but his word can eliminate chances that somebody else might be misinformed. :TOH:

Thanks for the kind words, gentlemen. :TOH:

Our "Version B" pattern is really good, the only issue is sourcing the buckle from our supplier. Sometimes there is a long wait, sometimes not. So keep this in mind when ordering this particular version.

Kind regards,
Magnoli

I really want a ToD jacket. I want it from Magnoli. I'd like to see more pics of this jacket. On the prong sliders, are these very practical? Can they cause problems over time damaging the leather?
