On my US Wings SL, the straps are just to long. I want to trim them down a bit. So where does someone go to get this done.
I was thinking of just doing it my self, but not sure about the sewing end of it. I have a cobbler who's worked on my Aldens, was wondering if he could sew the ends shut, whatcha think.
I'll take all suggestions to heart as I want this done correctly.
Sorry if this kinda post as been made in the past.

I always took my jackets to a cobbler and he unstitched the k stitch and cut it there the reattached it.

Re: Suggestion on cutting the straps
Thats an idea, but since he has to re-stich, I figured at the end of the strap to be a better spot. This way I don't have to worry about the strength of stich at the K stich.

I'd say any shoe repair/cobbler worth their salt can do that job easily, and quickly too.
