Satin lining runs-tiny-fixable?

I was comparing the sewing from the cut cuff pieces off of my jacket to the new sleeves and I found two small runs in the satin right on the seam. Is there anything that can be done for them? Should I talk to the tailor? The runs are both about 1/2 an inch long and the satin is frayed, its not a 'clean' rip or cut. Am I being anal retentive since ive never paid attention to stuff like this before?

Fix it so it doesn't get worse. I usually do it myself. Just a running stitch - takes 5 minutes.

Yep. Each stich spaced about three m.m. apart. I don't speak inches, sorry.
