Im sorry you were stuck in traffic and was forced to listen to this. I turned it off after a couple of minutes.

Funny stuff. Sounded a little too well rehearsed to come across as a stream of consciousness rant. Sort of a 'poor man's' Dennis Miller.

I used to listen to Opie and Anthony when they were on broadcast radio until it dawned on me how stupid the premise of the show was. And they were the best of the bunch.

Listening to this guy critique current fashion (Really? And he's questioning what is consider manliness?), I can only guess as to what he looks like:

Switch it from ZLX to 98.5 The Sports Hub in the morning. Much better.

What a jerk! I wouldn't listen to this guy if he was the only show in town.

Hey, have you heard about the guy who no one likes because he spends all his time criticizing other people for the most idiotic reasons you could think of? I certainly wouldn't want to be THAT GUY.

That's just morning radio comedy - don't take it to heart.

What bugs me is how many syndicated morning talk shows there are now. So many stations are moving away from local personalities. In the eight years I lived in Rochester, NY four morning shows went from local talk to regional/national syndication. And this is after Howard moved to satellite. Sports radio shows seem to be the only ones able to hold their own in local markets.

Luckily in Miami we've had the same radio show for 20 years, The Paul and Young Ron Show. They were on She, then Zeta, and have been on Big for a few years now. It seems they have been having the same conversations since I started listening. Call me an idiot, but they still make me laugh.

I went to a radio event a few years ago and the fat deejay pointed to my Fed 4 and quipped, "Do you think you're Indiana Jones?" to which I pointed to his Red Sox jersey and replied, "The same way you think you're Carl Yazstremski."
