that photo would be an answer to a lot of questions
Off course Wolverine born in XIX century, so he could meet Magneto in earlys 1920's and show him his jacket, but in this case it is obious that jacket is close enough like Indy Jacket!!!

IIRC this is a pre-pre-prequel, an X-men story set in the 60's.
