re-attaching magnoli bag disc

Hello all,
I've tried a couple of different things with varying success, but so far have not been able to get the disc on my Magnoli bag to stay on my Magnoli bag. I would like to say that I have been VERY pleased with the bag and use it most everyday. Thanks in advance for any advice and
