Someone from US WIngs in this forum?

Hi there,

since I've been inactive in COW for a while now I wonder if there is someone from US WIngs here who can help me? I ordered a "Collectors Edition Signature Series
Indy-style Vintage Adventurer Jacket" in size M on August 3rd 2010 and payed with PayPal. Back then I was told the jacket would be ready my midth of September plus shipping time to Europe which was fine for me. - So far I did not receive anything, last statement from Customer Service was it should be ready for shipping by October 11th or 12th. Since I did not receive a tracking ID I doubt it has been sent yet Anyone here who can help out??

Um, have you tried contacting US Wings directly? That makes the most sense to me, as Wings is guaranteed to have a Wings employee or two over there.

You mean actually calling them? All I did so far is contacting the customer service via Email...

Yep. I'd try calling them directly. I think that's your best bet. Here's a toll-free number if you're in the States: 1-800-650-0659.

Agreed. If you can't raise them via email, you may have to drop a dime and call them.

Not sure why they're not responding to your requests for update.

Yes I can help you!! I just got off the Phone with Roz Schott and the Hold up with Med. Large and XL was the leather ! The bad news is there is only one Tannery in the world that has that leather ! Now the Good news ... Roz told me" and i quote They received all the leather Monday and all back orders will go out by the end of this week!!" That is very good news because that Jacket is also one of the Jackets we supply the Arkansas Lottery!
Great Jacket and a lot of Folks want that Jacket and that Jacket only and it must be from US Wings and made By Roz Schott.
