CS flashlight

Recently I took delivery of a flashlight exactly like Indy's in Crystal Skull, as far as I can tell comparing it to stills. Apart from the Indy association It's a well thought out piece of design.
The batteries are held firmly connected by a sprung contact pad - not just a spring as in many modern torches. The parabolic reflector can be adjusted relative to the bulb to get the best beam. The switch has a morse code button. The screw on battery cap has a belt loop which slides neatly away. It weighs next to nothing without the batteries, as the walls are very thin but cleverly ribbed for rigidity.
Go get one!
MOD EDIT. DO NOT POST EBAY LINKS!
I may just replace the filament bulb with a screw in LED unit if I can find one, but it's already bright enough.
(I actually find LED torches too bright - I want a torch to assist my vision at night, not wipe out my night adjusted vision)

Nice! My grand parents used to have one just like this that I loved to play with as a kid

Maybe if he just tells us what to search for on that auction site?

OOPs. The no ebay links rule slipped my mind in my eagerness to help. I imagined that only applied to one's own wares.
Apologies.
Search for "1950'S RETRO VW CAR FLASH LIGHT 1950'S 1960'S" on the "site-that-shall-not-be-named"

Yep, it's been discussed before. Since there's so much discussion in the original thread linked to above, let's continue the discussion in that thread. Thanks! :TOH:
