I just heard from Peter, and he tells me that at this time they have no plans on picking up the MBA line of shirts and trousers, as their plate is full with the work at hand. Should they change their minds, they will post a general announcement at the Wested website, but for now, the answer is 'no', there are no plans to do so. Regards. Michaelson

Too bad!!!

I had honestly hoped that Peter would continue the shirt and pants production...

Well, I still have the hope he does so one day.

Thanks for the update Michaelson.

Regards,

Marc

Well, we can't forget Noel saying he was hoping to open up shop out of his home. The chips are down, but these companies always seem to come through for us. -IJ

That is a pity.

Unless someone steps up to the fore, those classic items of gear from the original patterns will be gone forever!

A real shame

Peter, if you happen to read this thread - you should maybe consider picking up the production - particularly with the new movie due soon and the current release of the DVD set; it is a great business opportunity!

I hope that knowledge is passed on to somebody.

I was out on the town sometime last year when I broke a button while wearing by NH shrit. Fortunately he included one on the inside of the shirt.

So, earlier this year when I last ordered from Noel, I asked him to send me some extra buttons. He was nice enough to oblige. Finding those real pale buttons similar to Raiders buttons are difficult if not impossible.

HJS is planning on sending his shirt and pants to The Magic Wardrobe to have copies made. I'm sure any good seamstress (or tailor) could make copies....for a price (but they were pricey to begin with.)

I don't think this means Peter will NEVER do the stuff, he's just swamped right now. Things may slow down for him, and he may decide to do them. I don't think the decision is totally his. Let's just hope that something becomes of this. :D
