Help with my Todds jacket

I just noticed that there are two small holes in my jacket. They are on the inside. One is on the lining where it meets the leather at the bottom of the jacket. The other is on the leather itself at the same location. It seems it got snagged on something when I sat down. They are not that big. Both smaller than the size of a pencil eraser and oddly they are almost perfectly circular in shape. So my question is how to repair this. Any D.I.Y. fixes? I need to come up with something that will keep the holes from getting any bigger. Thoughts?

In regards to the lining hole, just put in a few whip stitches with needle and thread to close the hole, and you'll be fine.

Holes in leather don't 'grow' like they do with cloth. If it's small enough to put a bit of superglue to keep it secure, that should do the trick, but let's see if anyone else has a better idea on the leather.

Regards! Michaelson

I agree with M,

Unless the hole in the leather is at a stress point in the jacket, I wouldn't worry about it (since it is on the inside, no-one will see it anyways).

The hole in the liner, however, I would stitch up before it starts to grow.
