Doesn't that look like Indy's knife to you?
That is a boy scout knife from about 1935'ish. From a picture I took at the Church Museum of Art in SLC. It belonged to Pres. George Albert Smith, a big time scouter (received the silver beaver and buffalo medals) I saw it and thought, "Aha!"
