I just did a Yahoo search for 'Last Crusade jacket' and came back with what appears to be another leather jacket manufacturer in the U.K. Anybody ever heard of this before?

It also looks like they have a pre-distressed Indy jacket as well.

Yeah, I just saw that. Looks exactly like a Wested to me. Hmm... I wonder if there's some kind of rivalry British jacket company espionage going on in merry old England?

Hey, I was checking out some of the other leather jackets and came across this one. Look at the tag hanging from the sleeve. Maybe these Indy jackets are Westeds and this company is simply a retailer. :-k

Yep, I bet that's another retailier of Westeds. Their Indy jacket looks identical to the real thing. Better check with Peter just to be sure though... -IJ

Hey guys! Duende is just another vehicle for Wested, they sell Wested jackets through their website, along with some of their own stuff. I think Duende's main hook is the custom made suit. Im not sure who makes the NEO jacket they offer though. Somewhere on their website theres even a pic with the manager of Duende (Brandon I think), and good ol Peter Botwright together at the Wested shop!

That's all great, but it's still in a land far, far away for U.S. customers. :( I recall last year I had a long conversation with Sarge, from USWings, who had mentioned the problems they have with selling overseas, etc. with customers and was contemplating opening up an operation I believe in England (my memory is a little foggy on exactly where) so I guess it's not an easy thing to do unfortunately, but it sure would be nice if Wested could open some operation based here in the U.S. <sigh>
