Club Obi Wan

Hey gang,

I would love to learn more about this Peter Brothers hat I picked up a while ago. I was told it was a "_" type Raider's hat, made to look like the Peruvian Temple scene. I really love the color, almost a greyish brown.

It is VERY stiff, and the crown is high.

I should reiterate, I am trying to find out roughly how old this model is, what color it appears, perhaps the felt material, condition, etc.

I hate to say it, but the lighting in your pics isn't all that good. Maybe tomorrow you can get some pics of it in natural light outside?

Is there any writing on the other side of the sweatband?

I can't see any writing under the sweatband Jnicktem, and it looks like the liner is glued in the hat.

I think that may be an earlier _ model. Probably came with a real tall crown too. My PBs from the early era, of Joe Jr. all turned into a grayish brown with time and wear. It was originally all brown. Never figured that one out! Fedora

I believe the time period you're looking at would be around 2000-01.

I've got one of those! Also from around 2000-2001. Mine is still brown though.

Oh, its def. brown, but its lightened with age. Still too busy with school to take a decent pic, soon!
