Hi Everyone,

Long time lurker (since 2004). first time poster.

Just wanted to share photos of my new Wested Black Lambskin Raiders jacket. I know black Indy jackets are not very popular, so here's some photos in case someone wants to see a black raiders. I already own a 2004 Wested Dark Brown Lambskin that is starting to show its age, so I decided I needed something a little dressier for special occasions.

Specs include:

Size 42
No leather facings
Smaller nickel zipper
X-Box with sliders
Gussets

Now saving up for a Nowak.

I see you have the sleeve seam /yoke alligement matching. you wanted that? if you ask me its a much cleaner look and is how I think the raiders jacket should have been made.

It's a standard. I've tried the 80's fit before and it just feels way too tight on me.

no, you didnt get lucky as this is standard for wested to do and it IS wrong if you want the jaket to be screen accurate. in real life then yes, this is the way it should be.

and I asked you if you asked for the sleeve to match the yoke. if you didnt and you still got it, it would just be one of those regular wested hit and misses

Actually, I was more concerned with getting one that would fit me with correct sleeve length. I'm not very well versed on the yoke/seam placement details. SA was not important. I know what you mean with the hit and miss though. I've had several hits and several misses. Thanks
