Hi all,

I've searched the threads for Todd's Uptowner hat, and even though I came across a lot of pics of them new indoors, can anyone post some good close-up pics of it outside in the sunlight please?

Also, I guess I've got a smaller head w/ a size 6 7/8 (55), lol, n' his chart says that he sells this size, but Cissy mentioned that they may not be able to get this size in. Has anyone tried to order this size lately?

Thank you for your time!
Aaron

I would check your head measurements to make sure of your size and go to his chart because for some strange reason no two hat size charts are the same or accurate ( at all).

My head is 22", and my Uptowner is a 56, or 6 7/8 and fits pretty darn perfect.

outdoors with flash. my ribbon is NOT the one that comes standard.

Hi, Captain D:

Maybe the mistake is comparing the US and UK chart. Have you measured yourself properly in centimeters?

That chart is not correct. This is a problem I have seen at every site when it comes to hats.

here' an accurate chart

cm = inches US size

49 cm = 19.29 inches 6 1/8
50 cm = 19.68 inches 6 1/4
51 cm = 20.08 inches 6 3/8
52 cm = 20.47 inches 6 1/2
53 cm = 20.87 inches 6 5/8
54 cm = 21.26 inches 6 3/4
55 cm = 21.65 inches 6 7/8
56 cm = 22.05 inches 7
57 cm = 22.44 inches 7 1/8
58 cm = 22.83 inches 7 1/4
59 cm = 23.23 inches 7 3/8
60 cm = 23.62 inches 7 1/2
61 cm = 24.02 inches 7 5/8
62 cm = 24.41 inches 7 3/4

What I meant is the confussion comes with the UK sizing.
If you look, your US sizes compared with centimeters are the same than the US sizes and centimeters in the chart I posted.

I just wanted to say that using the UK chart leads to confussion.
If using US or centimeters, it shouldn't.
