Fed IV Ribbon/Bow Expert Opinion Please?

Just got my Fed IV Deluxe Dark Brown, can anyone pass their opinion on the bow/ribbon?
The bow is untidy and appears not stitched fully, the ribbon doesn't even join up around the hat. Any feedback appreciated.

That's obviously a bad ribbon/bow and very unsusual for a Fed IV. Contact Hat's Direct and I'm sure they'll do right by you.

Yeah, mine looks a lot better than that, as do most of the other Fed IV ribbons Ive seen.

Hats Direct has fantastic customer service. There's not much more that I can add to the above sentiments. Contact them and arrange to exchange the hat.

Wow... I've never seen an Akubra bow that looks that bad! I'm sorry to see this, philby. Hope you get things righted quickly!
