Club Obi Wan

I was wondering if anyone (_, this is actually probably for you) knew the dates that the two additional orders from Leather Concessionaires were received by the production. From a banned member's post some time ago there appears to be two main jackets used in the film (taking out the Bantu Wind jacket and possible Wilsons for the truck gag). I was trying to nail down (to the relative degree possible) which one of the two variations that Ford seemed to wear the most, was the Cooper's.

So I take it from the deafening silence that the specific dates aren't known?
