this is the only gear piece that Indy is missing thruout all the other Indy moveis. too bad cus they are a such cool touch on the costume!

They look well used Holt.

Really Holt...how could you not tell us the maker of the gloves? Wade, Todd or something else?

there was a thread just a few weeks ago where everyone was posting their gloves...

it sure would be cool to have some threads like the "Penman Post 'em up" and others, where the thread is more or less for everyone to post to and not feel like they're hijacking someone else's thread...

But back to point.

LOVE THOSE GLOVES!!! They look great, and I'm very excited to know who they're made by.

I use my Magnoli gloves in my speleological digs, but they never appeared so well aged-distressed, and very Indy!

Gloves look the part brother! I agree about them only being in Raiders because I think it really completes the look. Also it would make sense for him to have them like the scene in LC with the tank etc.. Riding the horse and bare handing a rock would have been smarter if he had the gloves on there..

hahahaa...that was good.

how did you get them so brown...? mine were basically white when i got them...now their just kinda a dirty gray.

hehe. yes. I was aiming for the color of screen used gloves.

they are actually used quite a while when I was carrying stuff around the garage. I did this to get that real used look. then I oiled them and that darkend them up quite a bit. while they were wet and oily I dug my hands thru some gravel and dirt and voila.

now I only need to write ''Large'' on them and they are ''screen used''

DEFFF-initely gonna have to do something similar with my gloves!

Holt, what "oil" did you use?

Very nice!! It's amazing the results you get when you actually use the gear!!

Well, technically he only carried stuff around the garage...then did some artificial work on them...

Now if you want the real look, I have a basement thats in mighty need of some cleaning!
