i was wondering if anyone had a crystal skull fedora from peters bros and if they can please post a phot.
im curious on how there cs looks!

I like the shape of their hats, but on the few examples I've seen, they use a really strange colored ribbon that looks almost purple.

I don't think it's so much their ribbon - I think most of the ribbons that Indy hat makers use have an unfortunate tendency to fade to purple as they acquire use. Since they've acquired the original ribbon, AB/Penman hats are some of the few exceptions I've seen to this tendency. -M

The stuff you see most Indy hat makers use is the same stuff used on the Watchmen hat. It's a brown but because of the material used it has a lot of shine to it and shows up with a purple tone to it.

Hmm...interesting...I guess that explains it. -M
