Has anyone bought and used the Noreast whip making guide?

I am thinking of buying the noreast nylon whip making guide and making my own nylon whip. Anyone used this guide and made thier own whip?

Steve's e-book is a great start...after you made a couple, I am sure he would advise you further going to the next level.
