Not Todds, but I've had a few that have come through from the US ok (just got a VAT and duty bill for one yesterday  ). Not an offensive weapon as far as I know. Customs (or UK Border Force as it now is) have a different policy in Scotland to the rest of the Uk in that they now take action on knives detected at the frontier - including prosecution. Should be OK with a whip and chances are the international post depot is probably in England anyhow :)

Yup, same here, I've had whips come into me from all over with no problems. I've also had a knife from Todd. The only thing is they charged me for Vat and Duty far above 17.5%. They are less bothered with 'dangerous' items than they are with revenue gathering!

You could try looking at Giovanni Celeste he also does low priced whips and he is in the EU so not tax issues.

Thanks guys. Wasn't sure if a whip would be classed as a weapon. I knew there was an issue with importing certain items that were deamed as offensive weapons, even though I can buy some pretty deadly stuff leagally in a shop down the road. crossbows and some serious looking knives and swords.
