TN Indy 1, #010/888 Redux....Redux ;)

hey folks! if people are curious, who am i to not report?

the #010 has a special place in my heart amongst the jackets in my stable. its predecessor (the first #010) went to indiana williams who i had very nice dealings with...this new #010 replaced her and she quickly became my favourite lambskin jacket. she accompanied me to see big tony this summer and we used her as the footprint to make my heavy oil raider (which continues to look like a 20 year old jacket after the plane trip home).

in all honesty...how she holding up?....she still looks like she does in that pic. the CS leather raiders jacket (#100) has that LC distressing which makes it look older than this one. the sheen of the lamb is still present on her eventhough she's been stuffed in bags, worn in high heat, and pulled every which way you can imagine. i'm not a very good person to ask "how'z the jacket holding up?" as my OC disorder forces me to buy jackets long before the previous one even shows a hint of wear. the texture and drape is awesome. i would love to get a hint more of a matte effect than the sheen but that comes in over time (or can be stimulated with alcohol or simply just getting caught in the rain).

i love my TN collection. when it comes to indy jackets, i would never buy from anyone else. this #010 was a jacket that tony worked with me closely to develop for my quirks.....and i got to know the man. that's why she's so special to me.

cheers all :)

Why didn't you drop us a line asking to reopen your original thread, 'G'? We would have been more than happy to in order to keep things in one place.
