These are some Binos I got off Ebay for about $20. They are very similar to his.
They are pretty low power. I'm guessing about 3X.
I was asked about what kind they are.
The only Writing is on the inside of the two eyepieces.
It says MARCHAND F

Yeah. Distressing gets old after a while. It was nice to have a real distressed item that needed no work.

If you can unscrew the lenses, which is usually the case with older bins, I bet you'll find they give a clearer image if you paint the inside of the barrels matt black to cut down reflections.
