I dont even know if I am phrasing this question correctly so please bare with me.
Is the end of the thong (on a cow whip) inside the handle or outside ?(kind of the way it is attached on a stock whip)

The butt end of a cow whip thong fits inside the end of the handle, at least that's the way it is on my cow whips.
