So, I'm trying to get a couple things from Todd before the Halloween party in a few weeks. I've emailed him, called him a couple times (answering machine) no response whatsoever. I just need to know if the stuff I order will get here in time.

Like, does anyone know if I were to order things like the standard $150 leather jacket, Downtowner, shoes, shirt, if he would need time to make/acquire the stuff and then ship it? Or is it all just sitting around already made and all he has to do is send it out? I need it by the 20th, which is 2 weeks which should be plenty if he doesn't have to do anything but ship.

All of those things that you listed he doesn't make in the shop (to my knowledge I'm pretty sure he has them made for him). So in answer to your question, yes all he has to do is ship them. I ordered one of his shirts a couple of weeks ago; I ordered it on a Thursday, and got it the followeing Monday. But a couple of times I've had to wait up to a week, but if you oredered very soon, you should get your stuff in time.

I live in the same town as Todd, here in California. I've been into his shop several times. most things like shirts and shoes and hats he has on hand and in stock. of course, with halloween right around the corner this is kinda the busy season, but i'm surprised he's not reachable. i would pm him as well.

The shipping is fast, my Raiders web belt shipped on Thursday October 1 and was delivered to my door on Tuesday the 6th, that's three working days from CA to Finland.
