I think this one might be even closer, with the metal keeper and all.

And maybe with this kind of buckle?

Ron,

I made this belt myself.

Image

The buckle is from a Wal-Mart work belt
The metal keeper is from The Leather Factory (Design on the front has been filed off.)
The belt, chicago screws and leather keeper was made by New Braunfels Leather who measured my size.

It's not too far off from the Noel Howard belt.

Lee's is really close. His buckle and metal keeper are great. I am having difficulty finding one like it. From the photo, he is just missing the extra leather keeper (otherwise, the end of the belt is flapping around)and grooves on the belt.

Just a suggestion,

Excellent!
Should it be brass or nickel though?
The ToD looks brass with no metal keeper.

I think Indy's was nickel. The nickel buckel is found on the Black Wal-Mart Work Belts. Paul at New Braunfels Leather only made one belt so he may not remember it as easily as the whips or straps. If you are in question, let me know and I can help.
