I just finished bashing my new fur felt christy's and I want to know from owners
should I where it almost everywhere like indy would or should I savor the freshness as long as possible

Wear it. You'll enjoy it more if you wear it often compared to trying to "savor" it.

The well worn feel and look only comes when you wear it. So I say wear it and wear it often.

I have also herd that getting christy's wet is a horrible thing to do is that true
if so what happens to it when it gets wet

In an earlier post Steve Delk chimed in and said to waterproof your fedora with scotchgard and getting your fedora wet is not as big a problem as it repels water better than most felt waterproofing sprays. Pay attention not to get scotchgard with silicon in it.
