Could anyone tell me the major differences between the New lambskin and regular lambskin that Wested offers? I also wanted to know which one is more screen accurate after distressing.
Thanks!

I have a Wested lambskin and from what I've seen, the difference is, the authentic lamb is lighter in color, definitely brown, where the regular lamb is a very dark brown, almost black. Thickness varies from shipment to shipment. As far as, distressing goes, mine is only a couple of months old and I live in southern California so I won't be able to put it on until March, and even then only for a couple of days. That's our rainy season. Forgive me, it's august and it's hot and the sun has worn out its welcome. I hope this helps.

When Dakota Ellison, whipwarrior, and Indydawg and I got together last Spring there was a huge amount of gear and accessories. As I remember Dale's jacket, it seems to me that CapKimmel is right on. Although the authentic lamb is lighter it's definitely
authentic in color.

Thanks IJ... I think I am going to get the authentic Lamb jacket next month. Now only to decide what style!
