where is a good place to get a reasonably priced set of gear for kids. I am looking for the jacket, hat, and whip. Anything else would be a bonus.

One of the few times I suggest to go cheap. Dorfman lid. Denim or dickies work jacket for jacket. Jump rope with one handle removed for the whip. Having said that my kids do own old stetson temples, cheap close enough pleather jackets, and Steve Huntress' Baby bullwhips.

As far as hats go, modern Stetsons and their ilk can be found on Ebay at very reasonable prices in the smaller sizes. You also shouldn't have any trouble picking up one of those chintzy bullwhips out of Mexico for about six bucks a pop.
