WPG bag

Post by Mulceber »

I have two questions about the WPG bag. First of all, does the strap come already attached to it. And second, how long is the strap? -IJ

I think the strap is about 60 inches long, which for me at 6 feet tall is too short. I'm looking at making a new one that is 72 inches. Anyone know if horse riding reins are too thick?

The strap is 65 inches long, like the original one. The buckle is attached with two rivets and the whole strap attaches to the bag with a Chicago screw on the other end. The buckle is brass and not nickel coloured and the strap is a bit too on the light side brownwise. :D

I'd think that'd work well. You also might go to your local Petsmart since I've read about others who have used a leather dog leash.

I found nice looking horse reins too but there were holes in them for another type of buckle. The thickness of them were OK though. About 3 mm should do it.

I never thought of using a leather dog leash. Good idea. I'll definitely be checking that out.
