From the hand of David Branch (English Whips).

My first ever bullwhip has just arrived
Made by David Branch of 'English Whips' http://www.whipstore.com
8" handle, 7' thong with 12 plait overlay all roo hide construction.
I must emphasize that this is not an Indiana Jones replica but a design of David's own creating, known as the 'Dr Jones Variation'. The handle and body of the whip are slightly narrower in circumference to the Indy whips and is therefore considerably lighter in weight and requires a little less effort to throw.
The whip is beautifully constructed and cracks very easily (and loudly).
I have never even held a long bullwhip in my hand before, but as soon as the appropriate opportunity arose, I threw it in to an overhead crack (I've been studying Adam's vid on youtube) and it followed through perfectly... SMACK
First throw - first crack, I'll never forget it.
The only Indy related spec of my suggestion was the colour. With Davids help we agreed on 'Whisky' being closer to LC, the style in which I am gear collecting.
Cheers,
JTW.
