I would try contacting the different vendors that offer straps with sliders - I'm sure you could work something out with one of them.

Raider's strap buckles are not available off the shelf AFAIK, AB will sell you them for a small fee.
CS type roller buckles are readily available.

i don't mind if it's a cs type,. but from where i am i can't find anything remotely close
