as promised here come my first vids for COW.
The first one is the current (my first) routine I am working one.
The routine starts with a sidearm or down to up, then an overhead, then I go into this > pattern, go back to overhead right and left, throw in the mix an horizontal volley, some X flicks, a upward back crack and whatnot.
As you can see, I am making up most of the names so feel free to watch the video and telling what I am (poorly) actually doing

I was kinda nervous to shot this to submit it to your review. I am sure I will do better the next time.
*fun trivia* this is my first video set shot outside of my living room. It's good not to have to worry to much about the fan. Just harder to find a spot to put the camera.
