Attention: Delinquent Vendor issues

Attention:
Due to issues regarding the purchase and delivery of goods, with little or no regard for communicating issues to the buyers, the administration of Indygear.com and Club Obi Wan, have been forced to disable and subsequently ban the following member:

The issues members are having are well documented in these threads:

The staff and administration of IndyGear have been following and investigating the issue for quite some time and have given this member/vendor ample warning as to the consequences of not following through.
However, since he has failed to live up to the conditions placed upon him by the staff and administration in order for to remain an active member, we have thus banned them from the site and forums of IndyGear and Club Obi Wan.
It has always been COW policy that we offer trade and sales as a convenience to members, but above all, caveat emptor (buyer beware) has always been the rule, with IndyGear not liable or responsible for such transactions.(viewtopic.php?f=40&t=8311 )
While we regret the spot this has put some of you in, any further action will have to be done on your own in regards to securing refunds or product. Though it is understandable that some of you may wish to brainstorm here as to how to go about obtaining your refunds, please note our banned member policy: (viewtopic.php?f=23&t=13312. )
It is reasonable to keep the discussion open in the specific threads only until such time as people have received their refunds or the administration deems it time to close the threads.
