Sizing prblems, HELP!

Hey guys I plan on buying a Wested but the problem is Wested does not have a sizing chart and I don't buy enogh suits to now my size, so What size do I get

Now my friend has a Wested size 42 and it fits fine. but me and my uncle are about the same size and he wheres a size 38 in suite jackets.

so which one should I go with :-k :-k :-k or should I find a sizing chart some how :-k :-k :-k

measure your chest and get the size you get when measuring.

if your chest is 41/42 then get a 42.


allways better to go one size up then ending up with something to small.

they do have a chart here

but as they say on that page, it's only a guide. And depending on what model jacket you get, those can be off by as much as an inch. Better ask first, but the chart will give you an idea.

to size my chest do go around just under the arm pits Right?

and the best thing to do is to have someone measure your chest.

Yeah, best thing is to measure your own chest size and order accordingly. Suits have a lot more wiggle room than leather jacket because of their boxy cut at the shoulders. I've had to borrow my friends/brother sportcoats on different occassions and was very surprised to find how many different measurements fit; both smaller and larger. Concern was more for the sleeve length than the fit at the chest and shoulders when I did borrow.
