I am looking for a leather sweatband I can can hand sew into a straw hat. Any leads?

the last time i tried to buy one, all they had were black. they didn't have any brown in stock.

I'd jump on the sweatband buying wagon with Oak too.

I'll check to see if I can get a decent price and find out what shipping is going to cost.

That would be great. My block should be here this coming week but I don't think I can get started on a hat till next month anyway. I'd love to get one of your vegi-tanned sheepskin sweats. Thats the comfiest sweatband I've used. I've heard roan is a good way to go too.

I like the bands from Aaron hats....a huge step from Hatsupply...but I think Oaks would be a huge step from Aarons....I cant wait to try some!!!!

I could do it but I come across a little problem. I still need to order a good amount. I'm not sinking a good amount of $$$ to sell a few non label sweatbands and have a whole heck of a lot sitting here.

I totally understand what you mean. With the spice business....everything has a minimum quantity...usually around 1000.
