Does anyone have a Penman LC. I am curious about the brim dimentions. I have not see a front veiw of the style of Penman yet.

Same here. Great pic when he mae the one for the homepage. Whoever owns it never took pics of it.

Sorry guys but for the life of me I can't seem to find one. I will still keep looking. I stopped taking pics of brown Indy hats for some time now. I thought everyone would get sick of seeing them. I will post some more pics of the next LC hat that I make. I will always post pics of new styles and colors when they come around.

Thanks Oak. Are your brim dementions smaller on your LC hats?

2 3/4 front and back and 2 1/2 on the sides in general. Will adjust them slightly according to size.

Oak you posted your LC hat pic over on The Raven. Looks great!

No steam. No water. Did it dry and it took me maybe 2 minutes.

Such customer satisfaction and constant praise really makes me happy that I put an order in for a Penman.

Great LC hat by the way. That gave me a good laugh with Ksteryous.

I love your Last Crusade hats, John. I like them more than the hats used in Last Crusade. That is my least favorite hat, yet I like your LC hats so much. And I have to say that John's customer service is THE BEST. No one, and I mean no one beats the Penman Customer Service treatment.

That would be so awesome!!! I can't wait (I think I am just as excited for you to get your hat as you are! hahaha).

What is the current turn around time at Penman hats?

I think it is three months. Maybe four by now. I would expect that when Oak finally starts taking orders for his rabbit hats that his wait time will go up. I'd order now, if you can.

I heard from Oak today that the wait time is 3 months, as of now.

I'm know everyone here - myself included - considers that to be a solid promise to post a bunch of great "hat-on-head" shots once you've got the Penman in hand, Kenton!

Agreed and agreed!! Those LC hats are AWESOME!! I keep posting that I'm ordering a Penman for my birthday(April 16th) and I am completely torn over whether to get a LC or a raiders!! I want this hat to suit me as much as possible. I've asked what some people think based on the pic in my avatar, but I am seriously considering starting a new thread, posting a few pics of myself, attatching a poll to the thread and letting COW members decide which I order!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I'm going out of my mind!!! Decisions, decisions,

I was completely torn also between the LC and Raiders. Even going back and forth after I placed my order, but after seeing that pic, I'm 100% confident I made the right choice. I've always been instinctively drawn to the LC, but the Raiders hat is....well, the Raiders.

But now I know I made the right choice for me....and now I can look forward to getting a Raiders at some point in the future.

I like the setting, especially the books on the side. Some great photos overall! But it truly suits you which to me is most important, and that's one incredible hat! Most amazing LC I've seen!

That's a great looking hat, ksteryous... and best of all, it really, REALLY suits you!
It's great when the hat and the owner match up so well.

looks great on you and let me tell you they get better the longer you have them. I've had my CS since November and it's great,fits like a glove and it's worn everyday.

Sorry, I had great intentions of doing that today, but my Sunday afternoon nap got in the way....or my dog ate my homework (if you're more used to hearing that).

Don't worry, I won't forget, but with a 4 year old and a 2 year old running around, it seems like the stars have to align just right for my wife to break away in order to take pics....
