I just got her in the mail. It took forever to get it through customs from Poland.
I am basically a nylon whip cracker, so this brand new kangaroo whip seems stiff and hard to crack. I don't know how long they take to break in, but I am looking forward to it.
Why 9 feet? Cheaper than ten feet, longer than eight feet. I think it's the perfect length.
Karol did a beautiful job and the kangaroo looks nice and even.

Great whip!!!!

But the knot is a litle slim in all whips made for Karol.

The wipmaker must be more work in this knot.

Regards.

That does look like a beauty. Hey, are you in Tokyo? Is it legal to own a gun there? Just curious.

Sorry, I forgot to update my profile. I am back in Dallas.
Daniel Brock makes "primitive" old-fashioned knives for reenactors and collectors. He doesnt do the fancy polish or perfect finishes, but he does really good quality and a really low price. (search plowshare forge)

My Hi-power is one of my best friends. You can pet her, but she only sings for me...

Leave it to a Canadian to properly pronounce an Australian accent in writing.

Great looking whip for your collection Indy Danny. Congrats!

Nice looking whip! That's a great color. Don't cut it with your "pen-kinfe" though ;-)

Happy cracking,
