nice colour!!!! what kind of 405's are those??? they look darker than the usual suspect. is that the new colour? are those AB's? i don't recognize them.........

these are leather soul ultimate indy boots. not the vintage ones though. I am very pleased with the colour. I am sure SA sticklers will find some fault - but i am quite pleased. Now I just need to find some jungles to wander in...

so those are tom's ultimate indy boots.......very, very nice colour. i always thought that they were just a really darker hue of that brickish colour. those are a gorgeous hue of brown. congrats, i hear people were waiting pretty long for these. i lucked out with the last vintage boots in my size. enjoy sir.

i think that leather soul has been making these since before marcs boot quest - though i may be mistaken.

Not such a big fan of the black 405s, but those dark brown ones look AWESOME!

Both of your Aldens look great!

I am awaiting a black horsehide jacket from Aero so I have been eyeing the Alden's cordovan boot line especially the black Indy. Are they special runs only or do they actually keep them in stock?

This thread is actually my first glimpse of the black 405s. Although I don't think I would ever spring for them, I'm captivated by them. There is something really cool about them.

Now the brown ones....absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy them!

Thanks for all the compliments. The black cordovan pair are from alden of carmel and i believe that they are regular stock - though from what I hear cordovan is hard to keep in stock due to the small supply and large demand...
