Bash Variation Tutorials

Although I am NOT the right person to make this, might I suggest that someone with experience make a sticky thread on how to do each of the several Indy bashes for the fedora? I would be really cool to have a sticky for bashes where someone could take their new, open-crown, out of the box hat, browse to the sticky thread, pick a bash, and go nuts.

Anyone up for the challenge?

agreed, we need that. When i was making my bash i went through hundreds of threads and dozen websites, and every one source making different bashes. Head spinning experience.

I would LOVE to have a sticky like that. The only bash I've ever done is to redo a Dofrman cheapy bash to look at least somewhat acceptable. Now that I have a Federation IV on the way, I want to get a great bash, and I know I'll have to look through half the forum before finding it. I'd love to see that others have an easier experience in the future.

I'm looking for a last crusade tutorial myself, so I figured I'd make this suggestion for someone who is ambitious and knowledgeable enough to write it.

If you go to the thread list of "The Fedora" and go to the "Fedora FAQ's and Links" you'll find lots of info about bashing the hat.

Alphonso, that was definitely one of the better array of photos for the bashes from different films but sadly a good number of those links have gone dead since the thread was "stickied." I went through the same maddening search that maboot38 is going through for bash info about a month ago.

Hence my request for a new thread. Maybe we need a dead link police too.
