HELP! Just ordered a Wested

I just ordered my Wested Raiders jacket, but when I submited my order it just gave me a confimation of my information and jacket details. Is this normal? Shouldn't I get a receipt showing how much the jacket cost and what not? Thanks.

when you get the order confirmation email from gemma, make sure that it has the body length on it. that info did not pas on a coupleof my orders & i didn't notice until it was too late...

I'm very mych considering ordering a new Wested custom myself. I'm just weighing which material to use, as well as pondering placing my order over the phone and asking for Peter.
It's not that I don't trust Gemma... I don't trust that she'll check her bulk/spam folder. The first and only order I placed with them, took about a month to get resolved and only because Peter answered the phone. Gemma insisted I never sent her some of the measurements for the belt size, which I DID send her... I sent them about five times I believe. She says she never got them, which is why the entire rest of my order was delayed (including an off the shelf goat).
Also, what makes me 100% skeptical about Gemma, is that she got, and responded to, all of my emails where I was questioning why she hasn't responded to me or what the status of my order was, but she DIDN'T get ANY of the emails with the measurement of the belt? Very peculiar, if you ask me.
I'll purchase another $10.00 phone card for calling overseas (like I did for when I called and spoke to Peter), just to place the order. Do you guys think they'll take it over the phone?

I would think ordering over the phone would be the best way and no mistakes. Can't hurt, good luck.

I think if you send the order to Peters email:
Peter@wested.com
and then the next day calling him to let him check if he got it.when speaking with him he can confirm the order.that saves time and money.if he hasnt gotten it.then you can take it over the phone.

Peter told me during my ordeal that you can always fax your order in as well. I definitely have my issues with Gemma.
