Is there any high resoltution image of the tie used in Raiders of the Lost Ark? It is featured in the seaplane scene and Washington DC staricase and in all the images I've seen it always appears blurred or in dark environment (almost the same problem of the grey hat that goes with it).

Also, does anyone reproduces it? I've seen Magnoli's ties for Last Crusade and Temple of Doom but I don't recall seeing a match for Raiders (if I missed a link feel free to tell me).

Mmh... I don't know, it doesn't look like having the same exact design on it, close but not the same. What do you think?

Looks pretty much spot on to me

On the one from Magnoli the blue of the design doesn't seem predominant as it does in the (blurry and bad quality) screengrab of the film. I'm not even sure the shape is the same. In the screen grabs I don't seem like seeing four petals, but please, if anyone has clearer images feel free to post them.

Erri, that looks like the same exact pattern to me. If you are looking for a repro of the Raiders tie, I'd go with Magnoli's.

Well I was just curious if I could find something like that in Britain (since, I guess, it was made or purchased there). Yes I suppose Magnoli is the closest we've got - I didn't see it before Minnesota gave me the link honestly.

I received from Bernie Pollack a pic of the Ford's new tie from the next Indy V movie.

Usually I don't find the jokes about Indy's age all that funny but that's halarious.
