OK with Halloween coming up. Whats the best way to get that great spider web effect on my hat?

Use that fake spider web stuff most stores sell around Halloween. All you have to do is tear off a small amount, stretch it out so that it looks like a thin web, and drape it over you hat.

Put your hat on and go into your attic or basement and walk into the the spider webs that are certainly lurking in these areas.

Better yet, put your hat on your head and come crawl around my basement and attic!

I was expecting something a little more than that cheap stuff from the grocery store. Lets kick it up a notch, anybody know how they create spiderwebs for the movies? Like that great wall of webs at the beginning of Raiders?

They just filmed that scene in Dalexs's basement!

Considering the original poster was getting ready for Halloween last year, I think you're just a LITTLE bit too late.

I have a crawl space under my house. If I needed my hat covered in spider webs, I put the hat on and crawl around under the house for a bit. Money back results!

Well, I know this is an old thread but I dusted up my hat and strung spiderwebs on it for a convention this weekend. I simply used that cheap cotton spiderwebs they sell around Halloween.

Wow this came back from the dead. The Halloween spider webs worked OK. But there has to be a something that looks better.
