What's the cheapest whip holder? Something I can attach to a belt just as a costume piece

You could go with Todd's. His is only $20, and it's fairly SA, and very functional.

Make one your self or go to your local military store and look around for anything that looks like a whip holster w/ snaps. I'm positive you'll find something there and it'll be really cheap

I've got a couple of black whipholders kicking around. They are new and I'd sell them for $15 each (with shipping included). If you are interested PM me.

Keep this in mind. If you buy just a strip of leather and a snap (even if it is a Noel Howard), you whip will NOT stay in place without serious finageling. If you are going to use the holder in your costume and plan to be moving around in it, I would recommend Todd's non-slip holder. It has a hidden velcro strip that will make the loop tigheter on the whip, and you can wear your whip wihtout fear of it slipping down your leg.
