Vermont Army Navy is another one that I use.
They have a good selection and pretty decent prices.

OH NO! I ordered 32 feet thinking it would be enough but after finishing the core and looking over the instructions it doesn't seem nearly enough how much cord does it take for an 8 foot whip?

8 foot 12 plait??16 plait???

APPROX.....
core + 8 plait belly + 12 plait overlay = 240 ish (including knots wrist strap etc)

core + 8 plait belly + 12 plait belly + 16 plait overlay...around 400 foot

with both those calculations I've allowed you a little extra string to plait with as your new to it....it's a lot huh??????

Hope that helps
