Sorry about the heath issues.
Wow! 4 stone! I think washing and shrinking won't do the trick. Maybe sell it and get a new one!

Sorry to hear about your health issues. I suggest carbs carbs carbs. Don't be afraid of deep fried foods either!
But seriously, with all that's going on in your life, I think it's a great time to treat yourself, and get a new jacket.

I recommend a slow, steady gorging process combines with assal horozontoligy. Seriously though I hope your health issues are behind you and that you solve your jacket problem.

4 stone
that's as much as I lost because of the fat free diet I folowed for a year while waiting for removal of my galstones and galbladder.... I agree that schinking will not get you there.
I hope all is well with you now and will be for a long time.

that's both good and bad news! I hope you're feeling back to full strength.
For our members who use a less archaic system... 4 stone is about 56 pounds!!

4 stone? 56 pounds? I take it your English?
Imagine the confusion if you dropped the "stone" system for the "pound" system ... you might get your weight and your wealth confused! ;-)

hahaha... yes. Actually the stone system IS a pound system... it's just there are 14 lbs in a stone. Why? I have no idea!

Actualy, the Brittish use both stone and pound when refering to weight. I believe that Pound (as in the money, Pound Sterling) came from the value of one pound (lbs) of sterling silver.

Yeah, man, my Wested is too big now too. I lost 30 pounds on purpose and it kinda sags now. Guess I'll have to order another one, this time correcting the mistakes I made before. This time I want distressed cowhide, cotton lining and underarm gussets.

im back again, still on the light side with my health issues, ive decided to get a new jacket next january after maybe some xmas money. in the meantime im going to try and wash my goatskin and see if it ages and shrink a little bit.
would the wearing it in the shower method work, or maybe i should just sling it in the washing machine on a lower temp?? what do you think guys
