Great!!!

cant wait to see pics too.

I have wested dark brown lamb. But I plan on purchasing another
wested. A more durable one.

My plans are getting the new authentic goat. Although cow is very durable, it maybe too hot for California weather.

Congrats.

Congrats WhipMaster_Indy! I always thought the lambtouch cowhide was probably the most unique leather that Peter offers. When I first saw it in person on Michaelson, I was dumb struck. It looked like lamb and draped like lamb, but it was cowhide. Unbelievable! Many happy adventures in your new jacket. I know the feeling. It's very special and savor the moment, it literally will last you a lifetime.

Take Care...

Sergei,
you said the lambtouch cowhide looks and draps like a lamb.
how heavy is it compared to the lamb.

I'm looking for a durable wested, yet light for my adventure wear here in California, where my average weather is 75-80 degrees.

I was planning on the authentic goat, but would like to compare it with the lambtouch cowhide.

any thoughts????

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe there is no noticable difference in physical weight between the lambskin and the lambtouch cowhide. I handled and tried on the jacket that Michaelson ended up with, and it was indeed the most unique jacket I had ever put on....such a great combination of strength, durability, and light physical weight.

Later!

Peter has already said that the lambtouch is heavier than the lambskin. How much heavier, I do not know. But supposed to be heavier.

It has to be mere oz's in difference. I could not tell any difference what so ever. Regards. Michaelson

great.....

I guess I made my decision (I hope).

My choice will be the lambtouch cowhide.
It looks so darn close to a lamb, draps like a lamb.
and durable.

I was comparing it with the authentic goat. and for
over a month, I was interested in the new authentic goat....

till I saw Whipmaster_Indy's lambtouch cowhide (pics).
Thanks for sharing the pics.

Now let me gather those specs..... :D

Question for all wested "lambtouch cowhide" owners.....

Have anyone of you worn your lambtouch cowhide in
75-85 degree weather? Do you feel comfortable, that
the jacket doesn't make you too hot, or break a sweat.

I was so settled with the goat because of this issue, but
I love how the lambtouch cowhide looks, and people
say it draps like a lamb.

Please reply. this will help me a lot (I hope) [-o<
